Life in IT-Management Consulting


The lecture presents the job profile of IT management consulting. The speakers will present the skillset, the stereotypes associated with consultants as well as the consulting "products" of IT benchmarking and IT sourcing. In this context, the students gain a deep insight into the daily routine of IT management consulting and about driving client projects successfully. The speakers will also report on current trends and developments in the IT market and the implementation of digitization initiatives with IT providers. Finally, students will receive an overview of how to get started in IT management consulting.
