Change Management - Employees as the driving force behind the processes of Change

Online workshop

The success of operational change processes stands and falls with the employees. Many change processes generate a kind of change fatigue after a while. This workshop enables students to strengthen the motivation for change and the competence to manage transitions. This workshop will reflect on the typical change process and analyse the individual position - in order to identify and work on personal challenges.


  • Get familiar with the typical phases of change and learn how to deal with concerns and resistance appropriately
  • Learn methods and instruments to master the different phases of change
  • Actively shaping change processes by analysing the current situation
  • Understand behaviour of people within teams better and learn how to motivate people to go ahead with the change
