There's always a moment during my studies when it should be clear how I'm going to achieve my goal and yet I'm somehow getting in my own way. And then the inevitable happens: The feeling of not being good enough, of not being able to do everything. Spiralling thoughts that I can't get out of. Stress that I find difficult to cope with.
How do I manage to believe in myself in these situations?

In this series of workshops, we will address these and similar questions. You will learn about tools that will enable you to pursue your individual goals more effectively and keep focussing on your own needs.
