Counselling on studying with a disability
Paderborn University is actively committed to supporting students with health impairments, chronic illnesses or disabilities in order to enable them to participate in university life on an equal and self-determined basis. At the heart of these efforts is the Service Centre for Students with Disabilities, which supports prospective students, students and graduates in planning and organising their studies. Lecturers are also given comprehensive advice to ensure barrier-free teaching.
Another central contact is the representative for students with disabilities. She offers individual support and is available to students throughout their everyday university life. You can find detailed information about her tasks and personal details on this page. Here you can also find out more about the wide range of support and counselling services available to students.
