Workshop "Overcoming fears and stress"

What can I do to reduce anxiety?
How can I learn to influence negative thoughts?
How can I prepare myself more effectively for exam situations?

Why do we actually stress ourselves? Because there are more and more tasks in everyday life that are important to us and at the same time we don't know whether and how we can manage them. There is no lack of knowledge on the subject of stress management, nor is there a lack of good advice on how to lead a healthy lifestyle. The problem often lies in the implementation. Many people find it easier to try out strategies in a group first, which they can then use in their everyday lives.

In the multi-part course "Overcoming anxiety and stress", you will learn how to develop your individual stress management skills, for example to

  • learn how to relax more effectively,

  • cope more successfully with stressful situations,

  • organise everyday life in a more relaxed way.

The course includes elements from cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused thinking and mindfulness-based methods. The focus is on practising and sharing together.
