ADHD self-help group at Paderborn University – Focus on strengths, not labels!

Living with ADHD whilst studying can be a major challenge – but you don’t have to go through it alone. Our groups offer you a safe space where you’re welcome just as you are.
Here, you can speak openly without being judged. Together, we share experiences, support one another and develop strategies to make everyday student life and daily life easier.
The focus is on understanding, courage and solidarity – not on performance. You don’t have to prove anything; you can simply be yourself.
Whether you have a confirmed diagnosis or just a suspicion: you are very welcome here. We believe in you and in the fact that ADHD also brings many strengths.

This event consists of regular, weekly meetings. In a relaxed setting, we create space for sharing experiences and targeted discussions to help us tackle the challenges of university life together.

Come along and see for yourself how much easier things can be when we’re in it together!
